Technology firm 63 Moons Technologies Ltd has agreed to a ₹1,950 crore one-time settlement with investors affected by the 2013 NSEL payments crisis. As part of the deal, investors will assign their claims to 63 Moons in exchange for the payout. The settlement, supported by a majority of investors, has been filed with NCLT Mumbai. An escrow agent and monitoring authority will ensure transparent fund distribution.
