Been to an interview before? Or have you ever come across a question when seeking for a job that asks you about your salary expectation? How do you answer it?
Methinks this is the correct way of approaching the question....
"My salary range is flexible. I would, of course, like to be compensated fairly for my experience and skill-set. However, I'm open to discussing specific numbers after discussing the position"
Simple and concise. Don't complicate issues by quoting a frivolous salary range thinking you'll be hired. That's a trap. Get out of it! #JobsinKenya
