The KRA will implement the annual inflation adjustment of excise tax starting today.
This means the prices of bottled water, fresh juice and other products will shoot up.
"The commissioner general will adjust the specific rates of taxes applicable to excisable goods, which are charged excise duty at a specific rate per unit," KRA stated
