Simple things can make us happy
1. GRATITUDE
Gratitude is a feeling you might be familiar with—it is the feeling of being thankful,glad,or grateful for something. You can grateful for many different reasons:for example , you might feel grateful for your family, your friends, your health, activity you enjoy such as sports or music .
You might also feel grateful for laughter, little things that make you smile, a good grade, a book or a song, being alive, and so much more.
You probably know that gratitude is a good feeling, but you might not know that the benefits of gratitude are actually much deeper and more meaningful.
Scientists have now shown that gratitude can improve the lives of people in many ways. They have showed us that grateful people have better physical and emotional health than people who are not grateful
Gratitude has also been show to improve people’s energy levels, compassion for others, and even their productivity.
Importantly, our brains actually physically change when we do gratitude exercises. For example, scientists found that the brains of people who wrote gratitude letters changed three months later after they wrote the letters. They showed improved brain activity in part of the brain related to gratitude when compared to the people who did not write gratitude.
If you practice gratitude, you can become happier and healthier. It certainly won’t always be easy, and it won’t solve all your problems immediately. But you can start feeling better and more grateful for good things you do have.
And so in doing grateful things and activity you have higher chances to build up you brains energy levels.
