Children are a heritage from the Lord and we are to love, treasure, protect, correct, nurture, provide, guide, and sacrifice for these most precious of gifts. But being a good parent does not mean you are supposed to prioritize them over your spouse. Doing so not only damages your marriage it damages your children. It also models for them the exact opposite of what a covenant marriage should look like
