In our country Kenya we have a disease of tribalism. Tribalism has affected us for ages and blinded us. Many of us support a leader just because he or she is of the same tribe as us we don't care whether he or she is a bad leader. If you can see the overseas countries which have no tribe are developed than us simply because they choose their leader wisely a leader who has integrity.
