Payment updates/processing has started today. Lets note that we have 250 pending payments so the process may be a little slower. Lets also remember payment status as follows:
a) Approved - Payment sent to the wallet, you can withdraw, send to someone, advertise, save in the sacco or pay bills (coming soon)
b) Declined - Payment sent back to you with why and you can correct and apply again.
c) Disputed - the mistake is big and you can appeal for amnesty via email. Money cannot be seen on your withdrawal. Its case is closed pending apeal.
