Leadership and politics are relevant and crucial elements of life because of the way they are structured. They can greatly fit as essential elements of life after food, water and shelter. Therefore, it must take people time to candidly analyse, prepare and know the intendend performance of their leaders more than uttered promises before we fully endorse and place them where they want. Their strategy for change should be known and proved as a proporsal to work for people, their ideas should be laid down down on a table, studied and make sure the road map is clear before persuasion.
