Healing also requires a very honest look at the role you play in your own suffering. Check yourself. Sometimes you're the toxic person you want to avoid. Maybe you're the mean person that you've been trying to push away. You could be the problem that you've been trying to solve. And that doesn't reduce your worth. Keep checking yourself. You're human. Mistakes present opportunities. Own them, grow from them and move on. Keep on motivating yourself to do better and be better.
