Lately, Gen Zs have been urging former Super CS Dr. Fred Matiang’i to run for the 2027 Presidential seat. Sources suggest that Dr. Matiang’i, who is also a close ally of former President Kenyatta, is considering their request and may indeed be a candidate in 2027.
