THE CLOTHES ARE WHITE AND CLEAN.
IMAGINE SOMEONE FIGHTING A WAR IN WHITE GARMENTS OR CLOTHING AND THESE GARMENTS ARE STILL NOT DIRTY.
CAN ANYONE STILL FIGHT IN BATTLE WEARING WHITE AND NOT GET DIRTY?

THIS MEANS THAT THOSE IN WHITE ARE ASSURED OF VICTORY EVEN BEFORE THEY ENGAGE IN THE WAR.
NONE OF THEIR CLOTHES OR HORSES SHALL GET DIRTY.
VICTORY IS ASSURED.
