FACTORS TO CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING AN EXERCISE PROGRAM

a)The objective
Why do you want to exercise? There many reasons why people do exercises. Some do to bulk their bodies while others to shred their bodies. Some do for health reasons as advised by a medical officer. This will help you to know whether you will do more of aerobic or anaerobic exercises. You will be able to know the mode activity to engage to.

b) The frequency
It is advisable to plan for the number of days per week that are convenient for you to do your exercises. You should also include the time, whether is in the morning or evening. This will prepare your mind and body for the days’ sessions. Addition to this, identify the duration of each session.

c) Intensity
Depending with your objectives , it will be easy to know how much stress that your body need to be subjected to. This is an important thing to consider because it is the one to define how long you will take to fulfill your objective. Less stress intensity leads to slow body growth and development.

d) Nutrition
The food you take matters a lot. Is it enough to fuel your body? Remember you need enough energy to do the daily activities. Eating carbohydrates is a must though the amount depends with the mode and the purpose of the workouts.

I conclude by informing you training for more than two hours is waste of energy and time. Secondly do not overstrain you body because it may lead to injures. This may hinder you from achieving your objectives as par your plan. The factors such as frequency and intensity may change over periods of time depending with the growth and development of the body.
