On your way home, buy a soft/ hard or any of your favorite drink.

When you get home, lock your door, undress yourself to feel free.
Put on the fan.

Put "I can't kill myself" by Timaya or any of your best songs.

Please don't sit on a chair, spread on the floor and make sure you tear into that chicken/fish as you listen to the song.

Then wash it down with your drink.

One thing you need to know is that, Problems no dey finish for this world.

So no kill yourself trying to solve everything without taking a break to relax and enjoy your life.

Many people ended up in the grave without eating 10% of their sweat.

Look after yourself first before anything else.
