Getting your body warmed up and moving properly is much more beneficial than you think. Imagine taking frozen food out of the freezer and trying to cook it on the stove, you can already assume that wouldn’t work well. But imagine taking the frozen food out of the freezer and then letting it thaw out which would be considered your warm up and then put it on the stove what would be considered your workout. How much better would your workout be each time if you use this analogy.
