He is the <br>founder and CEO of FOOTPRINT INITIATIVE™ which is a non- <br>profit organisation that seeks to bring about transformation in teenagers’ lives. He is also a consultant <br>designer at ITSURGEONS (itsurgeons.co) <br>He is currently a form 4 in Alliance High School. He is arguably the most open minded Kenyan of his age <br>and a de facto leader calling shots and taking initiative. He strongly believes that the top is slippery and <br>for him, that’s where courage comes in, that capacity to hold and keep his eyes on the ball. <br>He is a peer mentee and active member of AKAD international club (akadeducationafrica.com) where he <br>has learnt to be bold and open minded, not to mention emotional intelligence and negotiation skills. It is <br>within Michael’ s faith that there is only one thing that can stop his dream (Most influential CEO in <br>Africa) impossible is fear of failure and he does not only therefore fear giving it a try but giving it his <br>best. Michael believes that with time, control will be his expertise, foreseeing every responsibility, <br>anticipating every response and moulding reality towards the desired outcome. <br>Michael wants to pursue computer science for his university education before branching to do pure <br>software. He also hopes to do psychology. For him, a plan is a real thing and things projected are <br>experienced. <br>Michael’s motivation is that the snake which cannot cast its skin has to die as well as the minds which <br>are prevented from changing cease to be mind.
