As a leader,I should keep in my mind that one day, I will seize to be in that position, I may lose my job plus position, I may one day find it rough wirh those whom I mishandled.
As a young leader,I should treat everyone carefully especially the elderly. Dunia ni duara dufu. The world is a circle.
