@Nyakangi
Yesterday being a Thursday and this campaigns going around market places I happened to be stuck at Daraja mbili-kisii market on my way to work. By my side a couple starts to fight.
Am not taking sides here but first I'll blame the lady first... Far before I started recording, the man insisted to her to go home wait for him so they can solve their issues, the lady took non of it and went ahead to argue with him with her pull and push
The man (a kisii man) got so mad and slapped her causing a sharp cut by the eye. At this point I took out my phone out, people were avoiding them since they were a couple and we had police just some 3meters away.
For the man to beat up the wife was very immature no matter how mad he got that was not worth it.
On seeing me recording it he walked towards me and turned the fight on me, I hate fights but for him all he needed from me was a good beating to learn how to respect women and control his temper, a beating I delivered perfectly till the police told me that's enough let him go.
Let's keep our family issues at home no matter how bad it gets public fighting is the worst you can ever do
"Eric Omondi has been calling out media houses to play Kenyan music, while working behind the scenes with Harmonize to promote Tanzanian music. May the Lord protect Kenyan artistes from their friends, because they already know their enemies."
Kenyan columnist Gabriel Oguda calls out Eric Omondi's hypocrisy of fighting for Kenyan artistes.
