Give yourself time to be frustrated sometimes. To mess up and feel the struggle from within. It is not your mandatory obligation to make a whole productive year, or to embrace what other people enjoy for the sake of hypes. It's okay to just sit there— cry and release the toxicity you feel or groan to gain lightness from the burden you carry.
We don't have perfect emotions. Everyday has brand-new sadness to offer and it is up to you how you will handle it. Go get some whiskey and treat your stomach with some little shots. If you're not happy anymore, then don't push yourself to smile. Burst the anger, the laziness and tears. As they always say, sometimes— it's okay not to be okay.
